Dr. Bhatnagar has over 20 years’ experience developing shared ride and intelligent transportation systems in the area of brokerage call centers, Medicaid billing systems, shared ride management systems, intelligent transportation systems, demand response scheduling, logistics, Internet, and intelligent agents. He has a D.Sc. (Computer Science) from the University of Massachusetts in the area of intelligent software for transportation challenges.

Mr. Bhatnagar, chief architect of the ITMS 7.0 technology platform, has over 15 years of information technology and business management experience in both public and private sectors, with key emphasis on transportation technology management, billing and telecommunications, as well as vendor and program management. Mr. Bhatnagar is experienced in managing client solution implementations and is HBSS’ Lead Technical Project Manager for the on-going, 20,000- trip-per-day brokerage management operation at Montachusett Regional Transit Authority (MART) in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Mr. Bhatnagar provides business consulting, expertise in strategic performance management methodologies, process assessment work, and the application of technologies to business. He fosters customer loyalty by ensuring our clients benefit from the value of our solutions and services.
Bill leads the company’s finance function and is responsible for the company’s financial reporting and internal controls, cash management and financial planning. As the senior financial advisor, he supports the strategic decision-making process.
Over the past 25+ years, Bill has served as CFO of six privately-held businesses with annual revenues of up to $80M, where he focused on accelerating growth and maximizing profitability. Three of these companies were backed by private equity firms. He has extensive M&A experience on both the buy and sell sides, including three exits that delivered exceptional value to founders and management.
Bill began his career with Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA, and he holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS in Accounting from Fordham University.
Mr. Amazeen is the Director, North American Markets for HBSS and brings over 20 years of experience in dealing with business process issues and remedies. Tod is a seasoned small business professional, adept at client services, strategic planning, and business development and marketing.

Mr. Amazeen brings an interesting set of tools to the table. In addition to his core business skills, Tod is also a certified business and life coach, as well as a tutor. Tod holds a B.A. degree in English from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
Dr. Mital Parikh has over 10 years of experience implementing HBSS technologies, specializing in integrating HBSS modules with third-party systems as well as integrating multiple agency HBSS systems.
Dr. Parikh served as the technical project manager for a one-call one click Veterans project to provide low-cost transportation options to Veterans in Massachusetts.
He served as technical project manager for a Real-Time Vehicle Location System implementation for Easter Seals of New Hampshire’s fleet of 95 school buses that enables the school districts’ dispatch center to check location and schedule adherence information. He has also been a key player in implementation of volunteer transportation coordination with the COAST region of New Hampshire. He has been recently involved in providing a technology solution for the Rides to Wellness project to provide low-cost, on-demand shared ride transportation on exisiting routes and vehicles.
Dr. Parikh earned his Doctoral degree from University of Massachusetts in 2006 completing his thesis on “Availability and Connectivity for a hybrid RF / FSO airborne network” while working on a project for MIT Lincoln Labs, and an MS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, completing his thesis: “Traffic Metrics for Adaptive Routing” in Fall 2000. Dr. Parikh gained valuable experience in data mining, analysis and models during his research work in Internet traffic engineering.
Ms. Bhambhani has over 18 years experience in various senior technical product management and software development roles. She excels at mentoring and leading development teams and has been a guiding force in the development of HBSS’ latest ITMS 8.0 product platform for QRyde. Ms. Bhambhani brings strategic IT executive expertise with years of experience developing AGILE strategy and Scrum methodology; HIPAA security and privacy compliance; business intelligence, analytics, and dashboards; and Web/mobile applications development.
Sushila holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Delhi in Delhi, India. She also holds an Executive Certification in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Mr. Dossin is a veteran transit industry executive bringing extensive business development/account management experience to his role as HBSS Director of Sales. With over 25 years in the public transit arena, Kurt is well-connected with the leading paratransit and fixed route players in the U.S., and he continually receives high-praise from his clients for providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after project implementation. Prior to joining HBSS, Kurt spent six years as Northeast Regional Sales Director for RouteMatch Software and, most recently, served for six years as Eastern Region Account Manager for Mobile Knowledge Systems. Previously, Kurt enjoyed 12 years as Director of Sales and Marketing for the transit software division of Multisystems in Cambridge, Mass. Kurt has a B.A. in Psychology from Hobart College in Geneva, NY
Mr. Hebert is the Director, SAAS sales for HBSS and brings over two decades of experience in solution sales and marketing in the SMB and Enterprise space. Andy is a seasoned veteran who began his sales career at EMC and Oracle after graduating from Central New England College and extended classes in computer science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, were he also worked at the Worcester Area Computation Center, followed by sales leadership roles in venture backed software companies from startup through IPO and acquisitions.
Since joining HBSS Andy has been instrumental in defining sales strategies, account management and business development and marketing.
Surinder Ahluwalia has been General Counsel to the Company since inception. In August 2017 he also took up the Human Resource portfolio as Chief People Officer at HBSS.
In his role as General Counsel, Surinder advises HBSS’ management on all legal matters (federal, state and local); develops and reviews contracts, including those with clients, vendors, and transportation providers; its intellectual property portfolio, patent licensing business, immigration practices, government affairs, corporate matters, and social responsibility work.
As the Chief People Officer at HBSS, Surinder empowers HBSS local, national and global employees to achieve HBSS’ mission. In this role, Surinder focuses on making HBSS an exceptional place for employees to work, and ensures that the company is creating a culture that attracts, inspires and develops the most passionate talent.
A lifelong Boston resident, Surinder was born in New Delhi, and grew up in Nainital, India. He attended Hindu College, University of Delhi, and graduated with a concentration in commerce, economics and English literature. He holds an MBA from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University concentrating in international relations and economics. In addition, Surinder received J.D. degree from the University of Massachusetts, School of Law studying international, civil and corporate law.
Surinder has had more than thirty years of business experience working as a trusted advisor to business and individuals; including twenty years of legal experience, serving as a principal engaged in the private practice of law in the United States and in India. In addition, his passion is to work with and empower people to realize their goals and to live an amazing life at work, in relationships, as a leader, and in changing the world.
Joe Abely is currently Principal and Co-Founder of Club Board Professionals, a professional services firm. Previous he was the President and member of the Board of the Carroll Center for the Blind which provides vision rehabilitation services, vocational, employment and transition programs, assistive technology training, educational support, and recreation opportunities for individuals of all ages who are visually impaired. Currently Joe serves as an independent consultant and his experience at The Carroll Center includes the challenges of transportation.
Joe previously served as President and CEO of CaseSight Inc., a venture-backed company which provided litigation consulting services, and Chairman & CEO of LoJack Corporation, a pioneer in vehicle location technologies. Joe was also a Partner at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) where he was National Director of Cable Television and Broadcast Media Practice. Joe currently sits on the boards of the National Braille Press, which promotes literacy for blind children through outreach programs and provides access to information by producing information in braille for blind children and adults, and the 100 Club of Massachusetts, a 501(c)(3) charity that provides financial assistance to the families of fallen police officers and firefighters, where he is chairman of the audit committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of MiCorp Dealer Services, a leading mobile installer in New England for vehicle accessories, including vehicle location products.
Joe is a graduate of Boston College and also holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He has extensive experience in Private Equity, entrepreneurial management, technology assessment and emerging market strategy.
He is a lecturer at The Johnson School of Business at Cornell University and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in their full-time MBA programs where has recently contributed case studies in management. Mr. DiSalvo was educated at the University of Massachusetts with degrees in Political Studies and Economics and earned the professional designation CPC and CTA. Semaphore currently holds fiduciary obligation as GP for seven funds and advises General and Limited Partners around the world. Peeyush Bhatnagar is the Director of Business Development for HBSS India. With 17 years’ experience in Delivery Management, he is an expert in web and mobile application design, development & implementation, and business development and people management. His vast experience includes working with big IT companies of India like HCL Technologies, ICRA Online, and Xchanging Technologies. His professional experience includes handling projects in transport, insurance, content media and mobile application domains. His professional span includes working on projects for reputed organizations like the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), the Indian AirForce, Elsevier, Johnson & Johnson and Country Fire Authority, Australia.
Since Joining HBSS in 2014, Peeyush has contributed to the development of both RydeLog and QRyde Cloud products. He is now looking for new opportunities to expand business in Indian transportation sectors, focusing on ‘Safe and Secure Transport Services’. With a qualified team of professionals, he is targeting solutions for smart city transit and managed transportation for distribution systems.
Peeyush has a Bachelors Degree in Computers (B.E. Computer) from MD University Rohtak (Haryana) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Mr. Satish Ahlawat is an Industrial Electronics Engineer with a degree from the University of Pune. Mr. Ahlawat brings 25 years experience to HBSS in designing and deploying computer networks and is currently working as the Administrative and Operational Head for HBSS, India.
In addition to being involved in technical support, deployment and research operations related to AVL, he is also the Technical Support Head for the eDriverPad™ system and handles finance for HBSS in India.
Mr. Anuj K. Gupta brings more than 20 years of experience to HBSS in various facets of IT and the BPO Industry in the areas of business development, customer relationship management, data analytics, payroll, content writing, business research, and training.
In the past, he worked with organizations viz. Wipro Infotech, Genpact, and Reliance Communications. Since joining HBSS in 2012, he has contributed immensely to explore business opportunities in the transportation sector in India. He has been instrumental in collecting research data for the development of the QRyde App for India, establishing tie ups with the School of Planning and Architecture, Haryana Roadways, Delhi Traffic Police, and Delhi College of Engineering for various research projects in ITS and electric vehicles. He has also worked to streamline HR and operations and founded the Online Learning Management System at HBSS.
Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, a PG Diploma in Tourism and Transportation Management, and an MBA in Telecom from the Annamalai University. He currently handles market research and operations as well as HR activities for HBSS in India.
